Frustrated at not achieving sporting success?

The sporting maze can have many twists and turns, and sometimes dead ends. It is good when you know where you are going, but we all occasionally lose our way. When faced with a crossroads, where do you turn?

Working through the sporting maze and avoiding red cards is a two stage process

Stage 1:

work out who you are. We are all individuals and as such we each have different aptitudes. Aptitudes are the innate characteristics that shape our personality.
